JOB SUMMARY

The EDI Coordinator will develop, coordinate and support all EDI related relationships for the organization, including Wis-Pak and Shareholder operations.  The position is responsible for analyzing EDI requirements from Trade/Business Partners and communicate with the technical team to implement interfaces, applications, and mappings.  The EDI Coordinator serves as the link between the organization and EDI Trade/Business Partner.

JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Note: The job functions relate to the job, not the individual)

·         Set up and maintain trading partnership information (i.e. EDI communications, company information—including contacts, EDI documents, etc.)

·         Work with Shareholders and trading partners for new EDI implementations

·         Monitor issues and errors with Shareholder and trade partners and coordinate response and resolution

·         Maintain effective EDI relationships with trade partners and Shareholders

·         Understand what business processes are critical to the company’s operations

·         Knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus

JOB DUTIES/MARGINAL FUNCTIONS (Not fundamental job duties)

·         Participate in meetings to provide updates on all activities surrounding EDI Application system support

·         Work with other members of the team in providing end user support and maintaining a solid and safe computing environment

·         Assist with ERP system development as necessary
