This position coordinates the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) Clinic at Children’s Village. Reviews referral information and schedule patients. Completes various medical forms used in the referral process, sets up appointments and explains to patients the procedure needed and appointment information.Coordinates with team members to have appropriate providers available for patients.

This is a regular part-time position (20 hours/week) and includes our benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, paid time off, paid holidays, and more!

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Previous office experience helpful. Experience with insurance referrals and authorizations preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Strong organizational and verbal skills; Spanish Preferred. excellent telephone skills; ability to work independently, as well as part of a professional team; ability to interact and communicate effectively with the public in person and by telephone; and the knowledge of or ability to learn medical terminology.
