Internal Search Openings

To be eligible to participate in the Internal Job Posting program, regular associates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a full or part-time associate of the AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies to post for a position. ( Temporary/contract employees and external candidates may not apply via the internal careers site. If you are a temporary/contract employee or external candidate, please visit the AmeriHealth Caritas External Careers Site to search and apply for current job opportunities.)
• May not apply and will not be considered for transfer within six months following a 2nd or Final Written disciplinary action.
• Must be employed in their current position for 12 months. (Exceptions may be made by the applicant’s manager and Human Resources in unusual situations);
• Must meet minimum requirements for the position as outlined in the job posting.
• Associates are encouraged to discuss their interest in an open position with their supervisor. However, supervisor approval is not required to submit an application; if the associate meets all eligibility requirements.
