Role Overview: The Exchange Business Operations Analyst reports to the Exchange Business Optimization Manager and is responsible for supporting optimization efforts across all Exchange markets. This includes but is not limited to developing and maintaining functional process documents, coordinating with the various cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather and interpret data to solve problems, and assisting in uncovering key insights that lead to well-informed business decisions.

Work Arrangement:

  • Remote - Associate can work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data for operational optimization efforts
  • Develop data-driven reporting and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
  • Ensure accuracy in data analysis and recognize anomalies or errors in data
  • Present analysis, ideas, and positions in writing in a clear and concise manner
  • Support the Business Optimization Manager in the review of data related to Enterprise Operations performance.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the business functional teams to implement, support, and sustain Exchange member communications
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure the accuracy of member-facing materials
  • Create and maintain repositories for ongoing optimization and communication efforts
  • Manage the departmental SharePoint site
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience. 
  • 1 to 3 years of working knowledge of project management and process improvement experience.
  • Organizational skills to complete multiple projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong data mining, analytical, and data presentation skills, and the ability to produce meaningful output.
  • Healthcare or managed care experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Visio, Tableau, BI tool, and Facets.
