Role Overview

The Analyst, Enterprise Growth and Performance Operations, partners closely with the Director to advance organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. They will deliver actionable insights through data analysis, help track key performance indicators (KPIs), support cross-functional alignment, and assist in the execution of executive-level projects across the enterprise. This role will be integral to evaluating business performance, supporting strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement in AmeriHealth Caritas’ Enterprise Growth team. Ensure strong alignment and execution of team and Fit For Growth/organizational priorities.

Work Arrangement

• This is an office based hybrid position with a requirement to work in our Newtown Square, PA office 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize information related to enterprise growth, operational performance, and market trends to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards for monitoring team, departmental, and organizational KPIs.
• Support strategic planning cycles by assisting in the translation of high-level strategies into measurable operational actions.
• Participate in the evaluation of project and program performance, benchmarking outcomes against established goals.
• Assist with cross-team initiatives by coordinating requirements, resources, and timelines for projects and deliverables.
• Prepare clear, concise presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements and supporting change initiatives.
• Assist with projects across the Growth and Strategy Department.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Economics, Health Administration, or related field.
• One (1) or more years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or performance measurement (healthcare or managed care experience strongly preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience supporting large projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams and a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
